Joy joined the EAP program in August, 2011.  After graduating with a BEd from UPEI in 1998, she spend a short time working in Island schools before leaving for Montreal, Quebec in June, 2000.  Joy spent 10 years working as a teacher and in administrative positions in both the ESL industry and hte provincial secondary and Adult Education sectors.  During that time, she also received her Master of Arts in Educational Studies and a Diploma in Human Resources from Concordia University.  Joy returned to PEI in 2010 and is looking forward to working with UPEI.
