Catherine Gillan designed and implemented the EAP program at UPEI in 2002 and has "mothered" it along since that first class of 12 students. A two-time graduate of UPEI (English & Education), Master of Education (Curriculum Development/ ESL), Gillan is proud to have been a founding member of the Webster Centre for Teaching & Learning at UPEI, and is a big LM Montgomery fan. She welcomes inquiries about teaching and learning English.
