Services for faculty
Karen Morse, the Writing Centre
Co-ordinator, offers a number of services to faculty members:
- class visits tailored to meet the needs of particular courses and disciplines
- help in integrating writing into course material
- resources for teaching writing
- class workshops in academic honesty, referencing, and all aspects of the writing process
We encourage faculty members to refer students at all levels to the Writing Centre. No matter how accomplished we are, our writing can always improve. Writing is a skill that must be learned and practiced. Every writer will benefit from a second set of eyes and ears focused on their message.
